Complete Enterprises Company BVI (CEC), was established in 2001, operating out of the BVI, with main activities venues  in the United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates.
Since 2004, the Aviation Division of  Complete Enterprises Company  has been looking ahead to provide high quality consulting services to  customers and manufacturers  in the aviation sector. Our principles are at the basis of our company culture which is developing long-lasting business relations on the values of respect, transparency and open communication.
Having wide experience and expertise in the aviation industry, we help our clients to make lasting improvements which highly compile with safety and security standards, as well as legal requirements.

Our experienced staff  has long  years of knowledge in the aviation and airlines industries and therefore is in step with actual practice. We cover the full spectrum of aviation consulting services for commercial and non-commercial charter flight operations, while specializing in the analysis of regulatory changes.
